1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern all transactions carried out on the website https://art-n-sheba.ch/ hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") unconditionally accepts the GTC.

3. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of art objects offered by Art-n-Sheba on the Site.

4. Products
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day the Customer consults the Site. Each product is accompanied by a description established by Art-n-Sheba. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors. To guarantee optimal satisfaction, we invite customers to come and see the products in person.

5. Price
Product prices are indicated in CHF, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Art-n-Sheba reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of validation of the order by the Customer.

6. Order
The Customer may place an order on the Site. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer.

7. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or via secure payment solutions such as PayPal. The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.

8. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are indicated when confirming the order.

9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal for products purchased on our Site. However, in order to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, we strongly encourage them to come and see the products in person before finalizing their purchase. This option allows the Customer to check the quality and conformity of the products. To organize a visit, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment.

10. Warranty and Conformity
Art-n-Sheba is committed to providing products that comply with current regulations and are free from defects. In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, the Customer must contact Art-n-Sheba as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.

11. Protection of personal data
The information collected by Art-n-Sheba during a Customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and may be communicated in whole or in part to Art-n-Sheba service providers involved in the execution of the order. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

12. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of Art-n-Sheba.

13. Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable solution, the Swiss courts will have sole jurisdiction.

14. Modification of the T&Cs
Art-n-Sheba reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new conditions will apply to any new order or visit to the Site.
